The Prà winery, although only started in the early '80s, has become not only one of the top producers in the appellation, but one of the most important and visionary white wine makers in all of Italy. This bottling is especially giving, tropical even due to the practice of cutting the grapes yet letting them dry on the trellis for a while before fully harvesting days later.

I know you’ve seen your share of hard times since the 1960s, Soave. Haven’t the rest of us seen your painstaking initiatives since the ‘90s to reinstate quality within your production zones? How quickly we seem to have forgotten how you used to brighten up our day. Soave, maybe you can convince those who doubt your prowess to take another taste. With a hint of white peach and aromas of passionfruit, this wine tempts the senses as it is poured from the bottle. On the palate, a prickly, mineral texture coalesces with luscious fruit into a long finish. What’s not to love? Fruit, body, and texture, plus a wine that is fresh now but secretly hardy enough to age for years. Soave, I'm letting everyone know. You're giving us your all, and you are doing a great job.
