Tasting Notes

A traditional Cava, cleanly styled from Catalan's native sparkling wine grapes. Aged on its lees for 24 months, the Brut displays a citrusy nose, a fruity, dry palate filled with peardrops and Persian lime zest, and a great, persistent finish.
