Tasting Notes

Kopke is one of the first and oldest Port houses in Port wine history, celebrating their continuous production since 1638. This Colheita Port, a single vintage Tawny Port, is full of charm and complexity. Roasted hazelnut, espresso, leather, onion skin, honey, fig, and pepper are only some of the flavors you can enjoy in a glass. Enjoy the development and evolution of the wine as it opens up.

On the palate you'll find dried cherries, figs, and sultanas with caramel and roasted pecans. This is perfect with a cheese plate or all on its own as liquid dessert.
