Much like a red wine with tannin and tension, this orange wine has notes of cider, dried lemon and savory herbs. Aptly named "Erde" meaning earth and appropriately packaged in a clay bottle. This wine is eccentric but ideally suited for those fans of orange wines and extremely tannic white wines.
