Tasting Notes

Elbling is a white grape variety from the Mosel region of Germany. This is a dry white wine that shows some great mineral structure that is so typical of the region. This is lively, fresh and light on its feet. An excellent choice for cured fish.

Looking at this bottle may not conjure images of Felix Unger from the Odd Couple, but this juice is definitely "happy and peppy and bursting with love!"
