Tasting Notes

,The Carafoli family has been making wine since the early 1900s. Today, they specialize in all things sparkling from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy which essentially means Lambrusco wine. This comes from vines in the Sorbara area which always renders a different, more red ruby colored Lambrusco. Fruit-driven on the palate and drinking with a chill is a must.
