Staff Pick Notes

Manuel Humberto Moraga Gutiérrez is the winemaker behind this 100% pais grape "Pipeño". He uses what he calls "early Spanish traditions," which translates into the making of wine using natural and ancestral ways to express the full aspects of the land. This "vin de paysan" can be served lightly chilled; the perfect summer red wine.
