Tasting Notes

We are impressed by this new Jura producer, Joseph Dorbon. His Savagnin comes from 40 year old vines and is aged in large old barrels “under the veil.” Nutty and savory with endless complexity unfolding on the palate. A heavenly match for comté cheese.
