A botrytized dessert wine made from a blend of local grapes grown in vineyards just outside of Rome. The De Sanctis winery only makes this wines when the noble rot, botrytis, is achieved on the vines after leaving the ripe grapes for an extra 2 months after their dry wine grape harvest. Drink with a modest chill or age for years to come.
