Tasting Notes

An exciting PetNat made from the Delaware grape, that is native to New York. Aromatic and fruit driven on the palate, showing citrus, white plum and finishing with tea-like tannin. Chepika is a new estate in the Finger Lakes created by Pascaline Lepeltier MS and producer Nathan Kendall. The name chëpìka comes from the Lenape word for "roots". Lenape was the language spoken by the Delaware tribe of Native Americans.
