I'm not super into sweet ciders. I like the high acid, easy drinking types of cider that teetering on the edge of white wine. Ya feel me? The Phonograph Cider is totally up my ally. Made from apples grown in two different orchards in the Finger Lakes. Mineral driven, crisp and clean. Picture a savory yet elegant green jolly rancher. This is the perfect apéritif to pair with stinky soft cheeses such as Picodon or a Goat Brie Cheese **Swoon** and of course about a pound of salty prosciutto. & If you're looking to get bookish (as I always am) I would suggest picking up the dystopian, sci-fi-ish, YA novel Divergent. And pair these two for a mouth watering night.
