Tasting Notes

An Amabile style of Lambrusco means it is lightly sweet. This is generous on the palate with plenty of cherry fruit aromas and a luscious finish that is more than just off-dry. Drinking this with a chill is a requirement and you can serve before and during appetizers. Classic would be cured meats, cheese, olives and a baguette.
