In the village of Chignin, you'll find winemaker Adrien Berlioz who is at the helm of a 4.5 ha estate called Cellier des Cray. Made entirely from the Roussanne grape, this gives a more structured white wine. The vines are planted in a soil mix of silt, clay and chalk.
