Tasting Notes
A delicious Syrah that was made by whole-cluster carbonic fermentation. The vines are young and are planted in alluvial soils rendering a very fruit-forward yet still classic rendition of a peppery Syrah meant for immediate consumption. Bottled with no additional sulphur.
