The Catarina cuvée from the Duseigneur estate is a selection of their best grenache vines that are planted in a combination of limestone, sand and pebbly soils. The bottle rests in old demi-muids casks for a year before bottling allowing for the tannins to settle all the while maintaining a robust profile.
