Tasting Notes
Mireille and Pierre Mann's parents hail from Alsace however they have clearly planted their roots in the Mediterranean south of France. This dry Muscat is made with young and old Muscat petits grains grapes, both early and late ripening varieties grown on the schist hills of Fitou.

Sometimes you just need to get away from it all. We all dream of fleeing the ties that bind us and starting anew elsewhere. Not everyone can move to LA to reinvent themselves with hopes of Hollywood fame and fortune. For some the Mediterranean will do quite nicely. Mireille and Pierre Mann left the cooler climes of Alsace to pursue their capricious whims down south in Fitou.
The rich visuals and scents provided by the Mediterranean setting are all present here in this dry Muscat. Big, bold and flavorful, but as dry at the sea it overlooks, this wine is strutting its stuff down to the beach.
Go on your own sensorial vacation and enjoy this with your dinner tonight. It will pair well with cheeses, fish with butter and herbs, and roasted poultry.
