Tasting Notes

Sourcing from small lots from various Syrah vineyards in the area, this wine is an exploration of the varied terroirs of El Dorado County. You'll find aromas of black cherry and vanilla, some smoke and meat. There is bold, smoky, savory fruit in the mouth, structured tannins in the finish, some tarry and olive notes, with very pleasant acidity and length. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Decanting is recommended.
