Tasting Notes
Brunello di Montalcino is made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes (locally called Brunello) of the Montalcino zone. This wine is left to age for three years in new 50 hectolitre barrels, in medium toasted oak from Slavonian oak and left to fine for at least 10 months in the bottle.
