Tasting Notes

Grand Cru Chardonnay from the village of Avize that was aged for nearly 4 years in bottle before release. A delight to drink and can double as an apéritif wine or alongside a plate of seafood.

Staff Pick Notes

I got to drink this and Krug on consecutive weekends. I am not gonna say it's better than the Krug Grande Cuvée—I am just going to say it’s delicious and a lot less expensive. Made from 100% Chardonnay in Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, this is aged in the bottle for up to 4 years with a minimal 7 g/L dosage. This is an under-the-radar grower-producer making mineral-driven Champagne.
