Tasting Notes
The Friulano grape is native to the Collio area of Friuli in the north of Italy. The Raccaro family has a small, 7 ha farm. This bottling comes from the single vineyard plot, Rolat, where soils is clay and sedimentary in nature. This bottle is pale yellow in color, fresh and lively. The fruit is pressed overnight and then fermented with ambient yeasts for over a month. Unoaked.
