Tasting Notes

Serious Lambrusco for serious lovers of Lambrusco. Half of the grapes that go into this bottling are from ancient, pre-phylloxera vines. These old vines give a more structured bottle of sparkling wine that is not only pleasurable but a classic match for antipasti. The fruit comes from an excellent vineyard in Castelnuovo Rangone.
