Tasting Notes

A magnum bottle of Chinon from one of the stars of the Touraine, Frédéric Sigonneau. This comes from a half hectare parcel of older Cabernet Franc vines (45-60 years old). Fermented in steel then aged in older barrels. Pure, round in texture and a wine you could hold for years to come.
