Made from the Pineau d'Aunis grape and showing classic peppercorn notes among pale red fruit. Lithe, happy and easy drinking, especially with a light chill. The 11 ha estate is run by Natalie Gaubicher. Her late husband Christian Chaussard was hugely influential to the the natural wine movement.
