A bone dry, mineral driven rosé from Madeira and the first non-fortified wine we've tried from this volcanic island. With a deep hue of pink tinged with copper, you will find this low alcohol (11.5%) rosé quite an achievement on the palate. Best with a nominal chill and enjoyed at the table with rich dishes.
