Tasting Notes

Chiroubles is one of the Beaujolais Crus that's light on its feet yet full of a pretty, red fruit character. This one is especially elegant and comes from the Passot family with Pauline Passot at the helm. She has 6 ha of vines planted in the classic soil of the area which is a classic granite rose. The Gamay vines are 45 years old yet some reach up to 70.
