Quinta do Gradil is one of the oldest estates in the Cadaval area outside of the capital city of Lisbon. After a manual harvest, the grapes are co-fermented then aged in steel tanks for 6 months. This is an unaoked red wine that's full-bodied with luscious ripe fruit.
