Château des Quarts was formed in 2012 by Dominique Lafon and Olivier Merlin. It is named after the accoladed vineyards in Pouilly-Fuissé, Clos des Quarts which is located in Chaintré. The oldest vines are just over 100 years in age giving this white Burgundy incredible density of fruit and texture on the palate. The Clos des Quarts in a monopole vineyard with just over 2 hectares of vines.
