Giorgi Kipiani, based in Kabistoni in the Racha wine region makes exquisite, delicious wine. The wine spends 2 months in Qvevri and is made from a blend of 70% Aleksandrouli 30% Mujuretuli. Made in semi-sweet style but the acidity and tannin keep the wine from feeling cloying.
