Pinot Meunier from a select 1.16 hectare plot of Liébart-Régnier's vines that are planted in the village of Basilieux-sous-Châtillon in the Marne Valley. The vineyard is southeast facing and the base vintage is 2017. With zero dosage, this is dry and ideal at the table. Would work equally well with a delicate foie gras or with a wild mushroom risotto. With dry Brut Nature Champagnes, we recommend not over chilling the bottle as the aromas are vibrant with just a cellar chill.
