A delicious red wine from the Tras-Os-Montes region in Portugal. Full of brooding black fruits, bright acidity and chalky tannins; very similar to Mourvèdre. A great wine to pair with lamb, steak and stews. Started in 2013, by a mother and daughter who restructured 50 hectares of vines, becoming effectively the region's largest producer (which at 100,000 bottle production is rally quite small). Unoaked, all stainless steel.
