Wine made from grapes grown organically using natural composting techniques and special preparations of herbal sprays while following the astronomical calendar.

Tasting Notes

A savory and saline white wine with weight and texture from six months aging in neutral barrel. Great citrus flavors and minerality alongside the savory aspect. The vineyard is situated next to northern Alentejo but is technically still part of Setúbal. Fermented with indigenous yeast.

Often we hear saké compared to wine, usually as a tool to familiarize drinkers with unknown beverages, but Alfaiate offers us the inverse.
