38% Roussanne, 31% Petite Manseng, 18% Chardonnay, 9% Viognier and 4% Muscat (Gelber Muskateller to be hyper precise). The vessels used to raise it are barrels of varying sizes, but also a single concrete egg and even one Italian terracotta Amphora. All the fruit was grown on our own Estate vineyards, the only exception being the Chardonnay which is from a block at Bien Nacido.
