Wine made from grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides in the vineyard.

Tasting Notes

This traditional method chenin blanc is sourced from clay and flint soils in Vernou sur Brenne and Chançay. The grapes undergo a slow and gentle press cycle before cold settling in stainless steel, after which the wine begins to ferment with ambient yeast. After aging 4 months in stainless steel the wine spends a minimum of 30 months on the lees before disgorgement.
