Production Methods

Practicing Organic

Wine made from grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides in the vineyard.

Georg spontaneously ferments this in equal parts stainless steel and neutral oak and the wine spends an additional 6-8 months on its lees, depending on the vintage, in oak.
