Tasting Notes
That unique Pfalzer character which is fuller in body and fruit-driven is compelling as the finish is dry. The vineyard of Hergottsack is in the village of Deidesheim where the soils are full of red sandstone, clay, loam and limestone. The mineral component is a delight on the palate. The Kimich winery is an 8th generation estate. This liter bottle is all about delicious value.

Staff Pick Notes
Liters are perfect for summers, weekends and pandemics. Riesling in a liter is even better!
The bottle is full of crisp, clean honey, wool, wet slate and fresh air. The perfect thing to pair with a variety of foods from lemony chick thighs to salad, fish, steak, potatoes - forget it! All delicious. Another perfect pair would be with Sula by Toni Morrison, a novel that will let you take a trip in someone else's world, it's transportive - just like the Kimich is.
