Tasting Notes

A Pét-Nat coming from northern Portugal. Casal de Ventozela is best-known for their vibrant Vinho Verdes and has recently come out with this white sparkling wine that's reminiscent of a cider and drinks remarkably well as an every day wine. Based on mostly Loureiro that's planted in granitic soils.
