A savory, rustic Garnacha made from organically farmed vines grown on granite soil. After a major earthquake in 2010 reduced the village of Sauzal to rubble, winemaker Renan Cansino had no time to correct his wine, or even hardly pay any attention to it. In the end, he fell in love with this vintage and changed his path to making wine without any interventions.
