An inky, viscous blend of Carignan, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon. Beautiful floral aromatics and vibrant, structured red and black fruits on the palate. Winemaker Evan Lewandowski worked at the Binner Estate in Alsace, then returned to Utah with plans to plant a vineyard. In the meantime he is sourcing organic grapes from vineyards in Mendocino and making beautifully pure, vibrant wines.
