A light and earthy Pinot Noir made in the Catskills. Hand picked grapes were foot crushed, whole cluster, and fermented with ambient yeast. Aged in large, old French oak barrels. Andrew Scott makes some of the best wines in NY state and while his operation is small, his wines are full of personality.
