A vinous, rich Cabernet Franc with lush dark fruit flavors and subtle herbal notes. Hand picked and whole cluster fermented with ambient yeast. Aged in old French oak barrels. The Lamb's Quarters vineyard on Seneca Lake is meticulously farmed by Mark Wagner. Winemaker Andrew Scott makes some of the best wines in NY state but his operation is small so grab a bottle while you can.
