Tasting Notes

Julien Pilon is a newcomer to the northern Rhône but has fully immersed himself in the region by making this gorgeous Côte-Rôtie wine alongside a slew of others from the area. Originally from the Beaujolais region however having studied around Europe (Cuilleron, Mas Amiel among others), he has cultivated an understanding of the accessible.
