Cambridge Road is a small, 3 ha property in the Martinborough region. The first vintage for the winery was 2007 and years before they managed to acquire some terraced vineyards that were planted in the 1980s. The Martinborough region lays within a river valley flanked by mountains on one side and hills on the other. This Pinot Noir was pressed whole cluster with ambient yeasts and then aged in neutral oak for nearly a year.
