Playful, vibrant and aromatic skin contact wine made from a blend of Muscat, Viognier, Pinot Gris & Chardonnay. The wine is vinified in a combination of 5 months in ceramic, stainless & 80 year old totara barrel. Bone dry yet lush fruit flavors and tea-like tannins. Bottled without added SO2.
