Tasting Notes
Malvasia produces big bunches of intensely fruited wines. It's late ripening and holds onto acidity in hot weather – perfect for the Riverland climate. The grapes are hand picked, fermented on the skins and racked into neutral French barriques. The Hell series is Delinquente's foray into experimental territory and is made in small, limited batches. Label design by Jason Koen, aka Ankles whose intention is to celebrate the renegades of the world.
