From north-facing sloped vineyards at elevations ranging from 350 to 750 meters above sea level. Hand-harvested then fermented with ambient yeasts in stainless steel vats and wood fermentors with a 50 day skin contact. Aged for 22 months in French barrique. A structured wine to hold and one of the handful of dry wines coming from the Niepoort estate.
