The Bryczek family hails from Poland and started their winery in the 1930s. Today, Christophe Bryczek is the third generation to run the estate and they are one of two producers who own a plot of the coveted Clos Solon vineyard. The estate has never been better and this wine is an example of the richer side of Morey-Saint-Denis. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with ambient yeasts. Aged in oak for 18 months - the first 6 months in new oak and afterwards racked into older barrels.
