Tasting Notes

Winemaker Fabien Duveau represents the 8th generation of a winemaking family in Saumur-Champigny. This Cabernet Franc from Saumur-Champigny was vinified in stainless steel with native yeasts. The vines are planted in clay and limestone soils and this captures the great classic aromatic quality that we love from the appellation.
