Tasting Notes

The Plow is Larry Stone's Pinot Noir made from his top sites. The result is a richly-layered red wine. Twenty percent of the grapes were whole cluster fermented with wild yeasts in a combination of stainless steel tanks and concrete tanks. Aged in mostly (24% new) neutral oak for a year before bottling.
