Tasting Notes

Vin Santo is a dessert wine from Tuscany that is made by the lengthy process of drying the grapes in an airy yet airid room for several months before the grapes are pressed and then fermented. The wine is then aged in the local caratelli, small wooden casks for 5 years before bottling. An intense, luxurious wine that's well worth the wait.
