This Mtsvane comes from the village of Jugaani and the vines are planted at an elevation of 700 meters. This is an orange wine where the grapes were pressed then macerated on the skins for 6 months in underground qvevri. On the palate, it's reminiscent of fresh herbs tinged with minerals and tea tannins.
